We don’t bill insurance directly. Instead, we focus on offering high-quality medical supplies and equipment at wholesale prices — without the delays, paperwork, or compromises that often come with insurance.
Most plans require you to meet a deductible before coverage begins, and even then, authorizations can take time and often result in lower-quality products. That’s why we put our energy into making out-of-pocket purchases more affordable, with the kind of home medical equipment and supplies we’d trust for our own families.
How long will it take to get my order?
Order today & it’s on the way! Most customers receive their medical supplies and equipment within 1–3 business days. For the most accurate delivery estimate, check your order confirmation email.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $49 ship free! Smaller orders ship for a flat rate of $6.99. For heavier items like hospital beds or lift chairs, we offer optional delivery upgrades — including white glove service with in-home setup or threshold delivery, where the driver places the item just inside your front door to make things easier for older adults and caregivers.
